This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided by Silvercrest Solutions LLC.
Because we provide professional services, fees are based on the time, expertise and resources committed to your project. Work that has already been performed or scheduled is generally non-refundable.
You may cancel an ongoing monthly engagement by providing written notice as specified in your service agreement. Cancellation stops future billing; fees for the current period and any work already delivered remain payable.
If you believe a service was not delivered as agreed, contact us within 7 days of the relevant deliverable. We will review the request in good faith. Where a service has not been started or delivered, we may issue a partial or full refund for the undelivered portion at our discretion.
Third-party costs paid on your behalf (such as advertising spend, software subscriptions or transaction fees) are non-refundable once incurred.
To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, email us at support@silvercrestsolution.online with your name, the service involved and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
